The i4i Project

The i4i project, initiated by UN Women, aimed to empower young women from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Vietnam in advancing gender equality through an innovation workshop. Despite its noble goals, the project struggled with effectively communicating its message and attracting participants. The target audience was largely unaware of the project and UN Women, and the project’s limited budget required efficient communication strategies.

Our Role: Mangrove Studio was brought on board to tackle these communication challenges. We developed a detailed communication plan that included branding design, communication materials, and marketing collateral. Our approach involved creating a visually appealing branding design tailored to the target audience, designing informative and engaging communication materials for various channels, and producing strategic marketing content to promote the i4i project and drive applications.
